I’ve clarified my vehicle insurance:
1. There’s no no-claims discount for caravans.
2. For trucks and motorhomes, the highest no-claims discount is SF9, which is 50%.
3. I’ve therefore transferred the contract for my Mitsubishi (SF20, equivalent to 26%) to my son Jens for the Suzuki Jimny that my granddaughter Laura drives as a new driver. The policy covers liability, partial comprehensive with a €250 deductible, and foreign damage protection for a total of €738,00.
